As part of the fall 2026 32-city North American arena tour “Weezer: The Gathering”, will perform in major cities such as San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, Orlando, Tampa, and many more.

Weezer

Weezer is one of the world’s greatest bands ever to write an alternative rock song – often labeled as ‘geek rock.’ As one of the leading rock bands right now, Weezer is comprised of four musicians; including front man and lead guitarist, Rivers Cuomo. The band first came together in 1992, in Los Angeles, and have been churning out hit song after hit song for the past couple of decades.

With a back catalog of songs spanning decades, fans of the band can expect to hear songs off of their plethora of albums. Classic tracks like “Buddy Holly,” “Undone (The Sweater Song),” “Say It Ain’t So,” “Beverly Hills,” “Pork and Beans,” and “Island in the Sun” will be sure to get a live twist as well as other hit songs from the iconic band. The group is working on a new self-titled album, which will be their 13th studio release to date and continue their recent project ‘SZNZ’ as well as continue making music in the style of OK Human.

With over 35 million albums sold worldwide, Weezer has received multiple Grammy Award nominations for Best Rock Album and also has a handful of MTV Video Music Awards. The band created one of the best albums of the 90s and a pivotal moment in alternative rock with their 1994 studio release, the Blue Album. 

The Shins

The Los Angeles trio of Brian Aubert, Nikki Monninger, Christopher Guanlao and Joe Lester deliver some of the most unique alternative rock found today, bringing with them their own brand of atmospheric soundscapes that are enhanced by their live performances. Classic tracks such as “Lazy Eye,” “Panic Switch,” and “Substitution” and others will be performed.

Silversun Pickups

With their unique blend of atmosphere and guitar driven soundscapes, Silversun Pickups deliver powerful live performances that leave audiences on high. The Los Angeles-based band consists of Brian Aubert on vocals and guitar, Nikki Monninger on bass and vocals, Christopher Guanlao on drums, and Joe Lester on keys. Their latest release, Tenterhits, is their 2026 album and the follow up to Physical Thrills released in 2022. 

Amerant Bank Arena Information

Amerant Bank Arena is a state-of-the-art Sports and Entertainment Venue in South Florida located at 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise, Florida 33323. The venue has Floor seats, Lower Bowl seats, Upper Bowl seats, Premium Suites and even seats for fans with disabilities (ADA seats). The Arena can seat up to 23,000 for a concert. Amerant Bank Arena is the home of the Florida Panthers NHL team and hosts over 125 events throughout the year.
